6. Returns and Refunds
In addition to applicable statutory consumer rights, customers may request an eligible voluntary return within 30 calendar days after receiving the product.
For eligible voluntary returns requested within the first 7 calendar days, Trip Bag UK will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.
For eligible change-of-mind returns requested from day 8 through day 30, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, unless otherwise required by law.
Where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, applicable statutory consumer rights and remedies remain unaffected.
Customers may also have statutory cancellation rights for online purchases, including the right in applicable circumstances to notify us of cancellation within 14 days after receiving the goods.
Approved voluntary-policy refunds will normally be processed within 10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected, subject to any shorter statutory deadline.
